Helicopter Ride!

AJ had a chance to take Taya and I for a Helicopter ride on Saturday. We had so much fun, and can't wait to do it again! We flew all over Utah county for about 2 hours.

Carving Pumpkins

Here is our pumpkins that we carved! Jayden was really having fun carving pumpkins! His face tells it all! That is moms favorite face!

Wow I have not posted a blog for a long time. We have been pretty busy. I seem to forget the camera lately.Jayden is growing so much and loves playing with Bruiser. Teasing him is more like it, he loves taking Bruiser rope and playing tug o war with him.

Jayden loves to help cook! Sometimes I have a hard making sure that the food is not burning, because he thinks he could do it all.

Alpine Loop

Today we went for a nice family Sunday drive up to Alpine Loop. Everyone knows that it is the most beautiful time of the year. All the pretty fall colors. This is why it is my favorite season of the year. After trying to get our basement back together this was a nice and relaxing way to end the weekend.

Sewage Back up!

So for all that have not heard, we had our sewer back up on us the past weekend. Yep poop water, sick...sick....sick!

I am just so thankful that AJ was down stairs in his office studying when he notice that his office floor was wet. Yes there was a ton of damage, but it could have been a lot worse.

This is our shower downstairs, and Yes everything came up the drain.
This is AJ office closet. You can't really tell but there is a pool of water (poop water). GROSS!
This is were they had to rip our carpet out, and yes we have to replace the entire carpet down stairs.
This is the drain in the utility room. (more poop water) YUCK!
This is just a picture of the hall closet. They had to take off the floor boards off and take carpet out.

Yep, so this pretty much freakin sucks.

Bday party for jayden!

We had Jayden bday party with both sides of the family on Sunday! It turned out really good. thanks to everyone for coming and all of the gifts.

This is Jaydens cake, heck no I didn't make it. I am not that domestic, but he love the trucks.

He loves his Helicopter that Jen and Jami bought for him.
He loves his bball hoop that Grandma Carter bought.
Happy Birthday our 2 year old. We love you! You are the best!!!!

look who's 2

Happy Birthday Jayden! Jayden turned 2 today! Wow time as really flew by. It really doesn't feel like 2 years ago. It has been the best 2 years of our lives. We took him and Taya to Chucky Cheese to play some games and let them run crazy. Jayden loved it, and couldn't get enough, he had to put the token in himself, and didn't want any help from anyone.
