Happy Birthday our little baby girl. Even though she is no longer a baby, she is our baby. She had such a great birthday, we celebrated all weekend long with family. Those are the best birthday parties ever. I can't believe she is already 2, she thinks she is 5, but really she is only 2. Avery has been such a blessing to our lives and has brought so much happiness to us. She is a very independent young girl, she has to do everything on her own, she doesn't like help. She gets frustrated when she can't do it by herself. Avery girl we love you, and couldn't imagine our life without you. xoxo

After 4 years of helicopter school AJ is DONE! Wahoo!! This is such an awesome accomplishment. The kids and I are so happy for him and so excited that he is done. Can't wait to see what our future holds with this. The kids and I wrote a messege on the driveway saying "Congratulations Dad, We love you", so when he drove up he could see it.

Congratulations AJ I am so happy for you, and I know that all you hard work is going to pay off someday soon. You deserve it!! Love you.

Owlz game

We took the kids to the Owlz game the weekend of the 24th. We had a blast, the kids rolling down the hill in the general admission area, while the adults tried to get comfortable. They had a firework show after the game. The kids got some cupcakes to eat and boy did they make a mess

AJ took Jayden and I on a Helicopter ride. Jayden was so nervous he didn't want to go, but when we finally got him to calm down, he was so so excited and was asking his dad a million questions. When we lifted off of the ground Jayden was holding my hand so tight, his hand was sweating like crazy. When he started to relax he had so much fun and didn't want to stop. He relaxed so much that he started humming a song to himself, but we all could hear him with our headphones.

Happy 4th of July!!! We celebrated our countries birthday weekend by starting it off the a night of fireworks outside the Stadium of Fire. Then we had a BBQ with our family and did fireworks that night. Happy birthday to the USA!!

Patiently waiting for the sun to go down so we could watch the fireworks. It was a hot afternoon, but we had such a good time.

North Park

We went took a little vacation to Vegas, to see my sister and her family. We had so much fun seeing their family, my kids couldn't wait to see their cousins. We took the kids to walk the Vegas Strip, we had a good time. Jayden was a little scared of the people in the costumes, but Avery LOVED them. She would say hi and wave to them, while Jayden would hide behind my leg.

We did take a couple of hours and went to Freemont Street with my sister and her husband. We had a great time getting to hang out together with no kids.

Me and my sister Megan. I was so happy to go see her and her family, and their beautiful new home. She really is one of my best friends and love her and miss that I can't drive just 20 minutes to go and see her. I am so happy for them that everything is going good for them. Can't wait to go see them again. Maybe I'll wait a til summer is over, so I don't melt. :)

I absolutely love love being a mother, it is the hardest job in the world, but it is also the most rewarding. I had a great Mothers Day. AJ and the kids got me a new camera, so I can keep one with me at all times. Thank You AJ. I love you! This baby girl is so much fun and we are so blessed to have her in our lives. Avery and I love to play and roll around on the floor and tickle each other. She thinks that she tickling me, but really she is scratching me to death.

I wish I had a better picture of Jami and my kids. Just want to let Jami know how much my kids love her and how much we appreciate everything she does for us and our kids. I've always told her she is like their second mom. Thanks Jami, we love you!

One of the first days it was great weather outside, we went in our backyard to play. Avery tried to climb on one of our patio tables and pulled it over on top of her. It came down and broke the tip of her finger and sliced it in half. I have never seen anything like it. I hurried and put Jayden and Avery in the car and drove to the hospital. My sister Mandi met me up there and stayed while she was on her lunch. My mom came and got Jayden because we were going to be there for a long time. To make a long story short, she broke the tip of her finger and got 8 stitches.

I had a lot more pictures until Jayden went in and erased the "bloody gross pictures" as he called them.

Happy Easter!! Love how the kids get so excited about the Holidays. As they get a little bigger it is so fun to watch and see the expressions on their faces. We had a Easter egg hunt with the Heaps family, and it ended up pouring rain on us, but we still had fun!

One of these days, I am going to catch up on my family blog. Back in January/Feb, A.J took Taya up the canyon to practice shooting. She is old enough to go hunting with him this year, so in October Taya will be on the mountain, hiking and looking to hunt her own deer down. These Pictures where taken a while back in August! Taya had the chance to go take some classes at Aveda hair school. She had a really good time and learned some fun information. It amazes me how much she has grown into such a beautiful young lady. She is so much fun and so kind hearted and is such a wonderful older sister. She starts Junior high next year. We love putting Christmas decorations up! The kids couldn't wait to help put them up. Once we got the tree out of the box, they didn't want to help anymore. Taya was a great help, the little ones just want to play.

Avery wanted to play with Jayden, so the both put backpacks on and played explorer around the house. Avery's backpack wouldn't stay on, so A.J put duck tape on it so it would stay.

The Red Barn

Jaydens first field trip was to The Red Barn in Santaquin. I was able to go with him and take some of his friends. It was fun to be with Jayden. We went on a hayride to the pumpkin patch.

We had a good Halloween this year! I was a Flapper girl from the 1920s and AJ was a Gangster from the 1920s. We had a great time at a Halloween party we where invited to. The Kids had a great time as well. At first, we thought it was going to be to rainy, because when we went out, It started to down pour and hail. Jayden freaked out because the wind was so bad, he thought that we were going to blow away. It took awhile for him to calm down. So we went back home and waiting for the storm to blow over. I ended up driving around our Neighborhood. It ended up clearing, and we had a great time.

Pumpkin Time!

Avery, Avery, Avery, she will fight me so hard during the day, so she doesn't have to take a nap. So I find her in different places where she crashes. She is a good sleeper at night. But during the day, not so much. If she doesn't take a nap, oh watch out, she turns into a BEAR!

She loves to crawl into out cupboards and shut the door. She also loves to hide from her brother and open the door and say "BOO", Jayden thinks it pretty funny when she does it.

Oh yes, loves being with dad. Helping him with yard work. AJ's a great dad, we all know that she is getting big and its not to easy to mow and hold a kid at the same time.

We went up to Vivian Park today with my family, had a picnic and played a little volleyball.If there is a dog around, that is where you will find Avery, she loves animals (just like her momma). Avery loved feeding Megan's dog chips.

Jayden had his Bday on September 19th! He had such a fun birthday, we went to Chucky Cheese with Heaps family and his friends, and then we ended the Bday weekend at North Park in Spanish Fork! Happy Bday Buddy Boy, we love you sooooo much! Loves the splash pad at North Park.

Every Year my mom takes us girls somewhere.. The last two years we went to the Capitol Theatre. This Year we went to see the Lion King. It was AMAZING! We had so much fun, we stayed at the Marriott for the night, and went to Bluegrass concert at the Gallivin Center afterwards. No kids+ No Husbands = a night of fun the with the sisters, moms, and cousins! Me being a dork!

North Park re- opening

While I was away with my family, AJ and Nana aka (Jami) took the kids to the re- opening of North Park in Spanish Fork. The park had all sorts of activities that day. They have a splash pad, swings, ball fields. Anyway as you can see they had fun.

Camping at Payson Lakes

We took the kids camping at Payson Lakes. Our plan was to go fishing, but that was before someone stole AJ's tackle box out the back of his truck. We didn't find out it was missing until we were getting ready to go fishing. Whoever that person is got away with $3oo plus of fishing equipment. Anyway we still had a good time and let the kids play in the water and mud. They didn't seem to mind at all.

Avery in her huge shoes that I bought her. I had to go buy shoes for her, so we stopped at Walmart and instead of buying size 4 infant, I bought size 4 toddler. I didn't know I did that until we got up there. So needless to say she didn't do much walking around.

This was the first time we took Avery camping, and it was a long night for me. Avery and I ended up in the truck ALL NIGHT with no sleep.

Congratulations Dad!

On August 4th 2010, my Dad, First Sergeant George F. Rohbock had a retirement ceremony after 39 years in Uniform Service. I have to say it was so interesting to learn just a little bit about his military life. My dad enlisted on July 15, 1971 just after he married my mom. He has been in the Engineer Battalion and an couple different units through out his career. He actual retirement date is September 3o, 2010.This is a picture of him and his beautiful wife who has been there and supported him for 19 years. She has been a wonderful wife to him and a great mother to their daughter Michelle Brett, She has also been great to my sisters and I, and has been a wonderful grandmother with all her love and support in everything in my dads life. We love you Conna!

I love this picture of my Dad pinning a metal on Conna. I am not quit sure what you actually call these metals (sorry Dad). I know that this metal is for the wife of a soldier, to let her know that she is appreciated in the support of the soldier.

This is a picture of all of my family minus Mandi (she was up there but behind the podium). From left to right, Mandi (can't see her), Maelyn, Michelle, Melissa, Megan, Conna, and my Dad. This part of the ceremony was a suprise to everyone, Commander Chief Master Sergeant Robert A. Hill called us up to the stage and presented us with a dog tag necklace and a metal telling us how appreciative he is of our father and how he has so much respect for him. It was so cool!!!

This was a gift given to my dad from the National Guard with all of the Metals he has earned in his Career. He was presented with so many awards, and had so many other Soldiers give him gifts and tell different experiences about working with my Dad. One man said, that they need to make a Award named the "Rohbock award," and this award should be given to one Soldier per year that goes above and beyond his duties, because this is what my dad does every day. This is was just ONE of the many stories that they shared about my dad.

I just want to let my Dad know how much I love him, and how much I loved being there for his retirement ceremony. I really don't know a lot about your military life/family. It was so much fun to hear about you. I have always known that you are truly the best soldier and LOVE our Country you have always told us that. I know that you have passed it down to your daughters as well. Thank you for fighting for our freedom and putting your life out there for us to have the country we have today. I LOVE YOU!

Happy birthday and Happy retirement to our Dad. We planned a suprise b-day/retirement party for dad. He was really suprised and had a great turn out with family, friends, and co-workers. He has retired from working for the LDS church for 33 years. Now hopefully he will be able to enjoy some time for himself. Although we know how hard it is going to be for him not to spend it with the love of his life, because they had so many activities and places to visit. We love you Dad and thank you for everything you have taught us and have done for your family.

Just had to put some of our most recent pictures of Avery. This little girl is coming up on her 1st birthday. I cannot believe that it has been almost a year sense she entered our lives. She is sooo much fun and is growing so fast. She is about to walk, she takes about 7 to 8 steps and falls, pretty soon she is going to take off and not even look behind her.
So I have mentioned in the past that she is a thumb sucker. She has her favorite blanket, and I am not even kidding the minute she sees it she inserts her thumb into her mouth.The picture above, I was trying to get her to smile, well I got a smile, but she would not take her thumb out. She is so funny.

We took our kids to Spanish Fork Fiesta Days. Taya was not with us because she had some babysitting jobs at her moms house to earn some money. Jayden and Avery had a lot of fun. Jayden had the most fun out of the two! Its fun to finally see him get so excited to go on little rides.Jayden in the "Get" Jayden still has a hard time pronouncing the letter J, so instead of saying "Jet" he says,"Get".
Just give little Avery a cup of ice, and she will stay happy. She will get all wet, but will stay happy.

Funny Story about Taya.
Mandi Y her aunt works for Aveda hair school which took part in the parade, and taya was asked to be in it. She thought that they were going to be on a float getting their hair done by students ( so she was told by her cousin). Well it didn't turn out that way, she ended up walking the entire parade handing out fliers to the crowd. I was told that she was not happy about it and was complaining the entire time. It ended up being a long, hot walk for Taya. So needless to say, she was pooped. All I have to say is, good thing she wore comfy shoes.

We went to the Bees game on the 4th! We had a lot of fun, the weather was perfect, the firework show after the game was a good one. The kids had fun, they were pretty good sitting there for that long.Jayden entertaining himself by taken pictures of himself.

Cherry Hill Water Park

On June 5th 2010 Mandi and her family invited us up to cherry hill water park to

celebrate Logan's 1st birthday. The kids had so much fun spending all day in the water,

once Taya gets into the water it is impossible to get her out.

Jayden just loved the little kid play area. It's not deep enough to where

his head will go under the water.

Our beautiful baby girl is 9 months old! She is so much fun, I love her fun personality and sweet spirit! Avery is a VERY independent girl (just like her mom, ha ha), she entertains herself, she crawls all over the place and is into everything. Avery is our little sleeper (just like her dad), she sleeps all night and wakes up about 9:30. She doesn't like to sleep anywhere BUT her Crib. Avery loves our dog, first thing she says in the morning is "brew" wondering where he is. Avery loves Jayden. She is going to be one tough girl, Jayden plays really rough with her at times, but she just laughs at him.

Little late on posting Taya's birthday, her birthday was on April 29. She is now 11! I can't believe she is 11, she is going to be a teenager in 2 more years. Which scares me to death. She already pretty much thinks that she is one, cause she is a "Miss know it all," but I am sure you get that with any age. We love her so much, and appreciate everything she brings to our little family. It has been so much fun to see her grow up. We are excited to see many more years of growing. Love you Taya!

Happy Easter Everyone! The Easter bunny brought the kids new swimsuits and flip flops.. We are waiting for the weather to warm up so we can go do fun activities outside.. Come on Spring weather, We are waiting.
Saturday before Easter we went up to moms grave and decorated it. Dad and Mandi had so many cute decorations for it. We know mom loves it. We love her and miss her so much!

Jayden and Avery in their Easter clothes. I have never been on to get foo foo dresses, but every sense we had Avery I love dressing her in girly girl clothes. Wow how kids change everything. Jayden had some cute shorts, but sense we had a couple of inches of snow, well he just want to wear his pants.

The first park day of the year for us. My sister and I took our kids to Discovery Park in P.G. today. We had a lot of fun!

Jayden has always had a hard time with swings, he was yelling at me to not push him high, but the mean mom I am, I pushed them really high. After he freaked, he finally relaxed and had fun on the tire swing with Harlee.
Me and Avery... I was trying to have her kiss me, but the non cuddler she is, she didn't want to.

Jayden had his batman cape on, and pretending to have his web at the same time. He loves Spider man and his webs. He takes after him mom on that.. ha ( those of you know what I am talking about with the web thing and Spider man. Tanner with never let me live it down).

On Sunday November 1st, we had Avery's Blessing. AJ's Dad gave a beautiful blessing to Avery. We are very thankful to Dad for performing this blessing for us, we love you very much. Avery in her dress, and of course her stickin cute bro.

Avery had her two month check up the other day! She is growing up so fast and getting so big. She smiling, and cooing, and starting to giggle a lot more. She is a healthy little girl. We just love her so much!

Last weekend I had the opportunity to spend the day with the man that I admire the most. We went out to Wendover for a concert and had time to squeeze in the Air Show that was going on out there, we had a lot of fun, it was nice to spend the day with my dad. The concert was a lot of fun also, I'm sorry that you did not get to have the usual Wendover trip that you usually have with mom, but I am thankful for the time that we got to spend together, thank you for being the great father that you are to all of us. So, I am a little slow on updating our blog lately, we have been pretty busy. Jayden birthday was on the 19th of September, I can't believe how fast time flies. He has been the best little guy ever. We love him so much! He had a really good birthday, and got A LOT of presents. He loved everything. Thanks to everyone that made it (even though it was a confusing park to find)!

Jayden loves "Bob the Builder," so we got him a cake. Bob the builder is hard to find now days, so the only thing I could do is a bob cake. I couldn't find any bob toys ( I guess bob is old school now).

Well she is one week old today... time sure does fly by. Avery has been the best baby. She sleeps really well, but we have had our hard night, but not many. She is so sweet and loves to snuggle. We have had so much fun with her. Jayden loves her so much, he is adjusting to her pretty well. He does have his hard times, but he seems to be handling it pretty good. Taya of course loves her and always is right there to help out in anyway. We love you Avery and we are so glad you chose us as for your family.

Avery was born August 5th 2009 at 11:38 am she weight 6 lbs 11 ounces. She was 18 inches long. The delivery went very well. Mom and Avery are doing well. It is so nice to finally have her here with us.

The 4th of July was a good one. Although a little weird not having AJ' s mom with us physically, but she was with us. It started out AJ taking Jayden to the Provo Parade. Then we went to my sister Megan's house for a good bbq and some fireworks. Jayden always has fun at Megan's house. He loves playing with the track hoes that she has. Then we went to AJ's sister Mandi house to end the night with a nice firework display done by Tanner.

Boni Bell Heaps

1959 ~ 2009

Boni Bell Heaps passed away June 28th 2009. Our Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend has returned to our Heavenly Father.

She was born February 5, 1959 in Ogden Utah. She was adopted by Dallin Ray and Elaine Tew Bell, where she was raised and grew up in Alpine Utah.

She attended Alpine elementary, American Fork Jr. High and High School, graduating in 1977. In June of 1977 she married the love of her life, Joseph K Heaps in the Provo LDS Temple. They soon started a family and stayed in Alpine until 1989 when they moved to Orem, where they finished raising their children.

In 2003 they moved to Springville where they became empty nesters. Their children lived close and seemed to find a lot of time to get together. Family time was always enjoyable and fun. She truly loved her husband, her children, and grandchildren, who where the light of her life. Family and Friends were very important to her.

She is survived by her beloved husband Joseph K Heaps of 32 years. Children- Jami Heaps, Mandi (Josh) Young, AJ (Melissa) Heaps, Tanner Levi (Becca) Heaps. Grandchildren- M'Tali, Dallin, Dakoda, and Logan Young Taya, Jayden and soon to be born Avery Heaps Kaydee, Zack and Levi Heaps. Brothers and Sisters- Brett Bell, Bruce Bell, Beki (Mike) Mahedy, Rick (Kathy) Albert, Jeff Navarro, Anna Martinez, Debbie (Ernie) Martinez, Renee (Tom) Weinrch, Carlos (Amber) Navarro. Biological Father- Fernando Sanchez and many, many other loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her father Dallin Ray Bell, Mother Elaine Tew Bell, and her birth Mother Mary Alice Marquez.

Funeral services for Boni will be held Thursday, July 2, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Spring Creek 14th LDS Ward Chapel, located at 672 North 250 West, Springville., Utah. Family and friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Warenski Funeral Home, 1776 North 900 East, American Fork, Utah. and at an additional viewing at the church on Thursday morning from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services.
